ADOLESCENT MOTHERS PROGRAMS

Unlimited Visions provides counseling and case management services to at risk pregnant or postpartum adolescents. Each mother is assigned a counselor and case manager that provides counseling and support services. Participants also receive in home parenting training, life skills training and a variety of other in home services.

Case managers work to help clients access needed social services, job or school assistance and services for children. The primary focus of this program is reduction in illicit substance use, improved mental health, multiple pregnancy prevention and decrease child abuse.
